The Peruvian wedding belt is very beautiful. I can't hekp you with any knowledge or resources, though, but it is lovely to see native textiles and know that they tell a story.
Love the skirt too. I was about to start on a dressmaking bout when I flooded the house and had to move everything around. I am now in the process of sorting my sewing stuff out so that I can actually sit down and make a couple of things and practice me (woeful) machine embroidery skills before the new term starts in February.
