Sunrise and Mail

B took this sunrise photo after taking me to the station to catch the 6am train yesterday. I spent the first 15 minutes of the trip admiring it and wishing I had a camera to capture it and he was at home taking pics - what a gem!!!

And this is what the mailman brought me today. I'm eagerly waiting on a few items (Mum, if you're reading this, Yes they are essential and I do need them and they were a bargain and I can afford them!!). This package is from Esterita Austin is a product called Misty fuse, which is like vliesofix, wonder under, heat'n'bond etc, but is suitable for really fine fabrics like sheers. This should help with things like my spinifex piece where the (horrible) heat'n'bond went straight throught the fabrics. The iron is to help with fusing. I couldn't find one in Australia so will now have to get a converter thingamy to make it work with our power system. No doubt one will turn up now that I've got one (and no I don't want to know about it if you do know where I could have got it in Oz!!)

This is a recent eBay purchase (Mum, again really cheap!!) following on from my recent daily drawings. I haven't done too many more but will have to so that I can use my new pencils. I knew that once I called them daily drawings that I would jinx myself. Never mind, I'll keep trying
