Needlefelting update

I've started stitching on needlefelting 1. I'm using random uneven cross stitches. I promise you it looks better in real life - this picture makes it look hideous, but I wanted to show that I had acheived something today (It's really a mix of russet reds, ochres, rusts and browns with a sprinkling of brighter reds throughout.) I'll take another pic tomorrow in daylight to get a better look at the colours and stitching. The background is just scrap and will be cut off and covered up when I'm finished so please ignore that too. Right now I'm off to bed as it's late.
