I am mesmerised by the beauty of bushfires. Despite the devastating effects they can have, they also play a vital role in the continued growth of Australian ecosystems.

This piece is an image that has been burnt into my mind from my experiences with bushfires. The silhouettes of burnt trees with the fire still burning in the background, shows the strength of the bush to remain standing despite the raging fire that has just moved through it.
