I've been intending to try my hand at handbags for some time now. I made this one a few weekends ago and have been using it ever since - I love it!! It's big enough to fit my purse, mobile, a book and a bottle of water but is not huge and sits nicely on my shoulder.
It's made from a pattern using commercial fabric but I'm still really pleased with it. It's even got pockets inside, some with zips!! The idea is to learn some skills to try making some of my own design, using my own fabrics (dyed and/or embellished)
