We had the tamales for breakfast yesterday and they were so good!!! I have had some interesting breakfasts since I have been away... In Brazil they serve cakes and sweets for breakfast (in the hotel in Rio there were more cakes than anything else!). And here in Cusco there's been soup, spaghetti, meat from the previous day's BBQ, and now tamales...
I would definitely try these again!

Yep. They were good. Amazing how something which started out so liquid could end up solid texture. And I helped make them.
